Manager of a mythical establishment specializing in fish and seafood for 8 years in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, he opens today his own establishment, in Cannes, to put all his experience and his passion to contribution in order to offer you pleasant moments in company of all the team of La Perle.
A simple and refined cuisine that respects carefully selected quality products.
Working with local and Brittany fishermen, farmers from the Forville market and passionate oyster farmers, La Perle ensures the quality of its cuisine as soon as the raw materials are purchased.
The tastes, the flavors, the quality are assured thanks to the experience of the Chef de Cuisine captivated by the Provencal cuisine. His knowledge of fish as a fisherman and his talent as a pastry chef guarantee succulent meals.
The menu is deliberately small. We are focused on offering you the best and only work with fresh products. Every day, we offer you a new culinary rendezvous, thanks to the daily suggestions that complete our menu.
We’re particularly proud of our Mediterranean rock fish soup with saffron, our genuine bouillabaisse, and our basket of whole fish from our small boat…
